1 pound green beans
3 large cloves of garlic, finely diced
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt (or Himalayan salt) and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Toss green beans, olive oil, and garlic in a bowl. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until tender and crispy.
