1 cube of butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp soda
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup Andes mints
Mix first 4 ingredients together then add the rest. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
Not sure if this is super healthy with the sugar, butter and mints...but healthier with the flaxseed and whole wheat flour. :)
