1 Wheat tortilla
1 Tbsp Prego (or other preferred brand)
20 (or so) slices pepperoni
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
sliced olives
Put wheat tortilla on a griddle. Spread 1 Tbsp Prego, then put pepperoni, cheese and olives on. This is a QUICK and YUMMY lunch!! You can put a tortilla on top as well if you need more carbs.
