Cabbage Wraps

From Kimberly Bates


1 head shredded cabbage
1 bag frozen peas and carrots
1 lb. sausage (browned)
1 1/2 cup brown rice (cooked)
Wheat tortillas

fry up cabbage and frozen veggies until well cooked throughout (Salt to taste). add rice and sausage and serve in tortillas (wrapped up like tacos!!)
