Fruit and Nut Mix

From Jeremy Perrins

1 Cup or 1/2 cup each:
Whole Walnuts
Whole Pecans
Whole Almonds
Peanut Halves
Cashew Halves
Craisins
Dried Apricots cut in small pieces
(I buy all of the above at Costco)
Raisins
Dried Bananas
Spoon Size Shredded Wheat

Mix all together and keep on hand for a delicious nutritious protein snack!
