1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 c buttermilk (or 1 c milk + 1 c buttermilk)
2 c whole wheat flour
2 Tb melted butter
Whisk dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. Add more milk (or buttermilk) as needed to desired consistency.
